Upon A Star Events was created for couples who thought a wedding coordinator might be out of reach — whether because of budget, guest count, or the dream of doing it all themselves. But even the most hands-on couple deserves to fully experience the magic of their wedding day.
We believe you should be present for every laugh, every tear, every unforgettable moment and not worrying about vendor calls, missing place cards, or if the candles got lit before sunset. From intimate elopements to grand celebrations, we offer flexible wedding coordination and planning services that take the stress off your shoulders and bring your vision to life with care, clarity, and joy.

A little bit about me
With over a decade of experience in weddings and a heart rooted in storytelling and celebration, I’ve had the incredible honor of helping couples turn their most meaningful moments into lasting memories.
My journey began at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History, where I coordinated events while completing my Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oklahoma. But it was the joy of creating something beautiful, emotional, and deeply personal that pulled me toward weddings — and I haven’t looked back.
I come from a creative family of theater artists, so design and drama run in my blood. I blend that artistic eye with a deep love of organization (and a healthy dose of budget-savvy wisdom from my dad) to craft weddings that feel magical without losing touch with reality.
Being a part of so many love stories over the years is a true gift. I believe every couple deserves a wedding that reflects their heart whether it's big and bold or quiet and deeply personal. Helping bring that to life is my greatest joy.
